RACKMASTER Mississippi Complete contains a mixture of highly palatable and nutritious cereal grains and annual clovers with each having varying maturity dates. This unique feature helps ensure a high quality supply of forage for deer from mid-October through late May/early June. This widely adapted mix contains a blend of oats, wheat, crimson and arrowleaf clovers that produces large amounts of forage with the high energy and protein content needed to help the deer herd build up and maintain good body condition throughout the rut and winter stress season. After planting, the cereal grains emerge first to give deer immediate grazing. Then the crimson clover comes on in late winter/early spring followed by lush growth of arrowleaf clover in late spring into early summer. As the small grains and annual clovers mature, they provide excellent food, cover and habitat for browsing quail and turkey.
